Recipe for Pudhina Chutney to go with this (Coriander & Mint Sauce/Dip):

Ingredients :

5 medium sized potatoes boiled
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp. Shah jeera
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
2 bread loaves soaked in water
Few coriander leaves finely chopped
A small bowl of oil for frying
Salt to taste

For filling:
1 finely chopped onion
2 green chillies
coriander leaves
1/2 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp aamchoor powder

सामग्री :
5 मध्यम आकार के आलू उबले
2 हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी
1 चम्मच। शाह जीरा
1/2 छोटा चम्मच । लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 रोटी रोटियां पानी में भिगो
कुछ धनिया बारीक कटा पत्ते
तलने के लिए तेल की एक छोटी कटोरी
नमक स्वाद अनुसार

भरने के लिए:
1 बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज
2 हरी मिर्च
धनिये के पत्ते
1/2 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच पाउडर aamchoor
