Test launch of India's latest nuclear capable ballistic missile failed, after the Agni II Plus (A-2) ballistic missile plunged into the Bay of Bengal few seconds after liftoff from India's Integrated Test Range(ITR) at Wheeler Island at the eastern state of Orissa on Friday December 10, 2010. Today's failure comes in the wake of a similar failure of Prithvi-II missile on September 24 that dropped off just a few seconds after the launch. Keep it mind that India's Agni-II (Night Version) ballistic missile was also a failure and that test was launched in Sep, 2009 at Orissa.
