Dear friends presenting Chapli Kabab || Peshawari Authentic Style

INGREDIENTS: Beef Qeema (75% Lean): 1 kg,
Corn Flour (For Desi's Corn Meal): 1/2 Cup
Onion: 200 gm
Tomato: 3 medium Plump shaped.
Fresh Mint: 1/2 Cup
Hara Dhanya (Cilantro or fresh coriander): 1/2 Bunch
Hari Mirch (Green Chili): 2, 8" long or 4, 4" long
Ginger: 150 gm
Garlic paste: 1.5 Tbsp
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp (OPTIONAL) Thank to KHAN1561
Salt: 3 tbsp leveled or to taste
Crushed Pepper: 1 Tbsp
Crushed Coriander: 2 Tbsp
Crushed white Cumin: 1 Tbsp
Basic Garam Masalah( All Spices): 2 Tbsp
Anar Dana Crushed (IT Is A Must but also Optional): 1.5 tbsp (Thanks To Awab Khan)
Ghee/Oil: As needed to fry.
