If you make with skinless chicken taste will differ. full cream liquid milk 1 ½ cup, 1ts full salt, continental vegetable stock powder ¾ ts full if you don't find this then add maggi veg stock cubes 5-6.corn flour 4tbs full, plain flour/maida 4tbs full, Chinese salt/ajinomotto/ MSG ½ ts full, vegetable stock powder 1ts full (5ml), ½ ts salt.
Some vegetable stocks has too much salt and some vegetable stocks has less salt so add ½ ts/ ¾ ts salt if you think there is less salt, taste and check. Add crushed black pepper 1/3rd ts. Cooking oil. 2 eggs, buttermilk proportion equal to 2 eggs. if don't find buttermilk then take water and yogurt in equal proportion, beat and add pinch of salt in it. it will taste the same like buttermilk.
Deep fry until golden on md-low heat.
