This was a quest that I undertook to find the best kebab in Lahore. I asked around town about best tasting kebabs, and the name Bhaiye dey kebab kept on popping up. So after searching around Model Town I found this restaurant. There were more than 10 restaurants with the same name. As the original owner never registered his shop name so everyone else started calling themselves by the same name. In short the kebabs are made of beef without onion and spices kept to a minimum. The kebabs are finger sized and one person can chow down couple of dozen easy. The history of these kebabs is very interesting. The owner of this joint migrated from Lucknow in India and setup a street side stall four decades ago. Then he bought a small shop which has been expanded to the one you see in video. The recipe is that from the Lucknowi Nawab's Kitchen.
