Ingredients: 1 ½ kg one whole chicken cut into pieces preferably hormone free and preferably free range as well from the butcher. if you buy chicken portions like all thighs, drumsticks or all chicken breasts then this dish won't taste nice. Yogurt ½ cup, 1 whole garlic and 1 ½ inch ginger, 1 md-L tangy tomato, 2 green chillies and some fresh coriander. Spices: 1ts full salt, ½ ts full chilli powder, ½ ts turmeric, 1ts full cumin seeds, 1ts full coriander powder, ¾ ts full garam masala- the recipe for that is also available on our channel and ½ ts roasted whole coriander and cumin seeds powder
