It is a great 30 minute workout that will bring your heart rate up and surely keep you sweating - 20 minutes high intensity with 1 song warm up at the beginning and 1 song stretch at the end. don't be intimidated just try it, you will notice in the video 2 young ladies on either side wearing grey pants and black top they are doing low intensity, if at any point you need to lower the intensity you can follow them until you can resume higher intensity.
