Ingedients!1ts full crushed chillies, 1ts full salt, 1ts full coriander powder, ½ ts turmeric powder and ½ ts cumin seeds. Half garlic, 1 ½ inch piece of ginger, half onion, lot of fresh coriander, 8 green chillies and 1cup mash ki daal/uradh daal soaked for 1 ½ hours in luke warm water. Make baigan raita with this daal. It goes very well.
