Ingredients! Mince. Salt ¾ ts, 1ts chilli powder, 1ts coriander powder, 1ts cumin seeds and ½ ts turmeric powder, garam masala (home made) ½ ts. Potatoes 2 md sz, 1 inch ginger, 1 whole md sz garlic, 1 md sz onion. Peas 1cup and tomatoes 2 md-large sz and fresh coriander. Cooking oil 1/2 cup.
