Hey! :) Most hair dyes are really bad for our hair (and our bodies!) but there are some great natural alternatives for dying your hair that can achieve great results without the chemicals and hair damage. This recipe for lightening your hair at home is awesome because it is gentle and works to nourish hair while 'bleaching' it naturally.

Natural hair lightening recipe:
2-3Tbsp boiling water
1 chamomile tea bag
1Tbsp honey
1Tbsp lemon juice
Infuse tea bag in water, add other ingredients and mix. apply to areas of hair you want to lighten and leave in for 15min-half hour while in sunshine or warmth. wash out as normal.
It can be kept in the fridge for 1-2weeks and I would recommend using it 2-3times a week until you see the desired result (i.e depending on how light you want to go)
