Make Fat Burning Workouts Easy:
It's Jonny and today we are going to be talking about a touchy subject for a lot of us... belly fat. We all have it, so I am going to tell you why you have it and some ways you can prevent it. Listen up and take this advice so you can learn how to shed fat faster, and get closer and closer to the flat belly you've always wanted.
There are two types of fat in your belly. There is visceral belly fat that you can't see because it is actually in between your organs, and then there is subcutaneous belly fat which is the belly fat you can pitch and see.
Obese people have so much visceral belly fat that grows heavily between the organs. It is dangerous because it can lead to chronic inflammation, heart disease, kidney failure and even cancer.
How do you get belly fat? When the fat runs out of belly fat places to go, it will go to your belly and it will continue to get bigger and bigger.
One way to fight belly fat is to eat more. It speeds up your metabolism, fights hunger and stops binge eating. These smaller meals will also keep your blood sugar constant, which will also help you burn belly fat.
Nuts, oils and avocados are high in mono-saturated fats, which actually blocks visceral fat.
You want to eat low glycemic index foods like lentils, chick peas and whole grains. Avoid anything made with white flower, because they have a high glycemic index.
Of course nothing is better than working out and dieting right. The bottom line is you have to eat right and work hard.
