Fish Fry is a homemade Crunchy recipe cooked in low oil. So make yummy and delicious Fish Fry at home in quick steps.

Ingredients:
2 बारे सुरमई के टुकड़े
3 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp हल्दी पाउडर
नमक
2 tbspअदरक और लेहसुन का पेस्ट
नींबू का रस

Method:
- Take red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste in a bowl and mix everything well to make a nice paste.
- Apply the paste on both the sides of the fish
- Keep the fish to rest for 30 mins so that the fish absorbs the spices.
- In wide bowl, put semolina
- Put the fish on the semolina and coat well on both the sides
- Put some oil to a heated pan and put the fish in it
- On slow flame cook the fish with its lids on for about 7 - 8 mins.
- Flip it and fry it on the other side for about 2 - 3 mins
- Serve hot with coriander dip
