Bhuna Gosht is a traditional Indian recipe of a delicious classic lamb curry. It consists of pan fried meat with spices. The meat cooks in its own juices, which is what gives the deep flavour. Try out Seema's easy recipe and you will learn how to cook bhuna gosht. Team it up with some jeera/steamed rice!

You will require the following ingredients to make bhuna gosht at home:

1kg mutton
1kg onions, chopped
4 tbsp of mustard oil
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of garam masala
Salt as per taste
2 tsp of dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
2 tsp of jeera powder (cumin seed powder)
½ kg of tomatoes, pureed
200g of fresh yogurts
Few coriander leaves, chopped
4 tbsp of garlic-ginger paste
10-12 green cardamoms
10-15 cloves
2-3 cinnamon sticks
3-4 black cardamom
2-3 bay leaves

1 किलो मटन
1 किलो प्याज, कटा हुआ
सरसों के तेल के 4 बड़े चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर के 2 चम्मच
गरम मसाला का 1 चम्मच
स्वादानुसार नमक
dhaniya पाउडर के 2 चम्मच ( धनिया पाउडर)
जीरा पाउडर के 2 चम्मच ( जीरा पाउडर)
आधा टमाटर का किलो, pureed
ताजा दही की 200 ग्राम
कुछ हरा धनिया, कटा
लहसुन - अदरक का पेस्ट के 4 बड़े चम्मच
10-12 हरी इलायची
10-15 लौंग
2-3 दालचीनी लाठी
3-4 बड़ी इलायची
2-3 बे पत्तियों
