Chicken 500 g
Chicken fat 100g
Cream 2 tb
Pepper powder 1ts
Red chilly flakes 1 tb
Garam masala 1 ts
Chopped parsley 2 tb
Chopped coriander 1 b
Lemon juice 2 tb
Bread crumb to coat
Butter 2 tb
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add chicken fat, blend in a blender make a nice coarse mince.
In this add cream, pepper powder, salt, garlic, red chilly flakes, garam masala, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, lemon juice, mix it well and divide the mixture into equal patties, and coat with the bread crumb.
Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the coated chicken patties,
Serve patties on burger buns with your favorite filling.
