How to make Badusha or Balushahi. It's much easier than you think!!!

Measurements:
Maida (All Purpose Flour) : 3 cups
Butter: 1 Bar (100g)
Baking Powder : 1 tea spoon
Baking Soda 1 pinch
Sugar : 1 KG (approx)
Oil : either ghee or peanut oil (i prefer peanut oil) for frying (around 2 litres)

Yield : 25 pieces approx.
