So although I already have a video up that shows what happens when you put your finger into the trap of a venus flytrap, I still get people asking me if it can do any damage or if it hurts or if its easy to get out of its grip etc.

So in this video, I demonstrate what happens when you put your finger into the trap of a B52 venus flytrap. Admittedly, it is dormant so the trap is a lot slower to close than normal, but its grip is still there.

Please note: I advise against closing these traps on purpose as its wasted energy for the plant. I only did this as a demonstration so others don't feel the need to do it cause they already know the result!
