Hey Guys Microsoft seems to be trying to sell out as many Lumia Devices as possible these days to cover almost every imaginable price point to mainly compete with the Android devices.
Because the Android devices are like kind of flooding the Market at almost again every price point.
They yesterday also showed us their brand new Lumia devices called the Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual Sim and we have that device with us today here.
And I am gonna give in this review video indepth overview of hardware and the user interface.
We gonna take a look at the performance and the camera and other stuff.
So let's get started the first you see a very typical Lumia box here.
And you get to see what's in the box out there and some of the quick specs.
5inch HD screen 1.2Ghz Quadcore processor actually.
It's a Snapdragon 200 Chipset you have an 8MP camera and also a 5MP front camera.
Now this guy is available for will be available for actually 11199 Starting May 18th it's not yet available.
But it's coming very very soon and that's the Lumia device.
Again you see it has that very trusted and popular design where your back cover engulfs the whole back housing and center housing and then you have a clear black screen on top.
However the accent is slightly different and we gonna talk about that in the hardware section.
First let's check out what are the things.
So as you can see no USB no micro USB cable as such to transfer data.
But you have wall charger gives out 700 milliampere of power I guess.
And then you have pretty entry level earphones actually.
Not the noise cancelling types you have your call control and mic but no volume control and then the silver plated audio jack.
Apart from that only the manuals and that's the user guide.
So that's about it in the box pretty modest content really.
So that's the device the Lumia 540 Dual Sim I suppose there are also could be an XL version of it.
Now 540 so it does mean that it will sit behind the 640 and probably above the 430 definitely.
But it's almost priced equally as the 640 so we gonna see how this to make sense really.
So as I told you before it follows a very trusted tested and popular design.
Where you have all plastic body you have a very very sturdy back cover that engulfs and protects the whole central and back housing.
And then you have a glossy screen there you see the 5inch screen HD resolution you have a 5MP front camera your shortcut keys gonna be there.
Nothing much on the left side.
Micro USB 2.0 port power button volume rocker 3.5mm jack 8MP back camera LED flash Microsoft logo and the speaker out there.
You can open the back flap and as usual there are no holes to open the back flap.
But you can just open it just like that and this guy is you know military grade tough plastic almost.
Inside it houses that 2200mAh battery you have two sim slot micro sim slot and then Micro SD card.
The micro SD card expands to the already present 8GB of internal storage.
Now here there is something slightly different from other Lumia's other recent Lumia's at least is that first it's very very glossy Neon Orange here.
You also of course will get other colors as well all are glossy except the black one.
The Black one will come in mat finish.
Now you have orange here the side kind of has orange only.
But there is slightly darker orange and then you have very glassy you know transparent glassy coating on top.
Much like the Asha 305 and then couple of other devices
So that kind of gives that device well slightly more premium look than the others.
But also it's kind of at times feel cheesy and at times meant only for the young crowd.
But overall very very sturdy device fits nice into hand.
