Dragon Ball Xenoverse is one of the best surprises of the year so far. Based on the past couple of Dragon Ball games, we didn't expect much. But Xenoverse finally uses the the Dragon Ball license in the right fashion. Xenoverse is in many ways the Dragon Ball version of Destiny. It has a central hub world where you can intermingle with other players online. You can buy potions to take into battle. You can do side missions and quests to help upgrade your custom character. It has elements of an MMO, but isn't quite an MMO. But it definitely is an RPG, After the first couple of scenes where you relive som of Dragon Ball Z's most famous moments, you create your own character as Trunks ask Shenron for help.
There are mystery character who are trying to change the course of history, and so you will relive some of the series' most iconic moments, but with a twist. What if Vegeta was part of the Ginyu Force? What if Hercule could actually, you know, fight? These are some of the situations that Xenoverse will put you in, and it's fun the whole way through. Especially if you're a Dragon Ball fan, you'll understand the references, furthering your enjoyment of the game. There is plenty of replay valuable. The core of the game is still the combat. It's not the best the series has ever done, but it's definitely enjoyable and better than recent iterations. This has a lot of elements from Dragon Ball Online
As always we included important gameplay, relevant dialogue and all cutscenes to create one fluid cinematic experience. We hop you enjoy!
